Tiffany Roe is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, psychology teacher, public speaker, host of Therapy Thoughts podcast & the owner of Mindful Counseling in Orem Utah. She has focused her career on treatment for women navigating recovery including eating disorders, disordered eating, poor body image, poor relationships with themselves and food, anxiety, LDS faith based transitions, low self-esteem, and low self-worth. She feels called to work with women and to help them find their purpose and self-worth. Tiffany believes you can love yourself, and make peace with your mind, your body, and your relationship with food.
Savannah has been in recovery from Anorexia for a little over 8 years and serves on the Recovery Ambassador Council for Eating Recovery Center. There are so many people who helped and inspired her to get to where she is today. She can say without a doubt that recovery is possible and worth it. One of the greatest experiences that she speaks publicly about is being able to let go of all eating disorder body image issues and live life in the present moment. Her journey doesn’t mean that she always loves her body, but she has learned the beauty of accepting her body where it is--this has been one of her greatest gifts recovery has given her! It’s a fight that she has worked so hard to maintain and a journey that has given her the freedom to be her authentic self.
