Sarah is a native Houstonian that supports our city’s champions of mental and physical health. As a child, teenager, young adult and into adulthood; she has felt the struggle to balance both body and mind. As a broadcast personality for the majority of her career, she shared those stressors of body image. Her position is of strength in ‘Mind with Body’.
Sarah is currently an on-air personality for Mix 96.5. As a proud participant and advocate of the NEDA Walk, she hopes that we will stop looking in the mirror for smiles to ourselves but to the unconditional smiles from our loved ones and support systems that will love us for who we are and not what we look like.”
