She is the host of the podcast, The Lovely Becoming, and is passionate about disordered eating and obsessive compulsive disorder. Mimi has experience working in the residential and outpatient levels of care as a patient assistant for individuals with eating disorders. As a clinician-in-training, Mimi hopes to practice from a Health At Every Size, trauma-informed lens. Outside of being a student, Mimi loves to read and write, go to coffee shops, and connect with new people.

I am 27 years old, from New Jersey and have been engaged with NEDA since 2015, when I attended my first NEDA Walk with my mother in Morristown, NJ. I have since seen the great assistance NEDA can play in ED recovery and making a difference in the knowledge of ED and recovery. I have been an active fundraiser for NEDA, with increasing fundraising goals each year, successfully reaching over $1,000 in fundraising this year for the East NEDA Walk!
NEDA has played a large role in my continued success in eating disorder recovery. I am proud to support and be a part of this organization. Outside of my participation in NEDA Walks, I live a very eventful life. I am a Health/Fitness Coach for a company called “EXOS”, where I manage a corporate fitness center. I also enjoy my daily workouts, keeping my own personal health in mind. My other hobby is bowling, where I compete competitively on a weekly basis in leagues and tournaments (have been bowling since I was 3 years old and have multiple perfect ‘300’ games). Most importantly, I am a happy husband (recently married in September 2020 to my wife Marissa) and proud dog Dad to my 1 year old puppy Cooper!

Expanding from it's YouTube origins, Backtrack now performs live at music halls, universities, festivals, high schools and private functions. They create impressive covers of past and present pop music, write inspiring original compositions and dare to take on unexpected genres such as classical and electronic music.
